Needed a survey/plan doing for our drains, just to know where they went around our property as we have only owned the house 18mnths in Sway. We wanted to be sure if we had a soakaway for surface water and that the sewage pipes were in good order! Greg booked us in and arrived on time. What a lovely chap, very professional and showed me all the videos as he did them. Very respectful of our property and provided a drawn plan, with suggested works, so we will use Greg again when we are at the next phase of our renovation as none of the work requires attention at this stage. Greg is a real diamond. He helped with a very late survey for us when buying our property. Then we had blocked drains. He was quick to attend and cleared the blockage then showed me on the computer screen what the problem was. Swiftly got an estimate and a date for the repair work. He attended promptly and is neat and tidy in his work. I would highly recommend Greg. Local man, local business, great job and he will not rip you off.
